Free Delivery
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over 449 AED. You can also select a specific delivery date and time for an extra fee.

Terea Dubai offers many shipping methods to meet your needs, whether you prefer affordability, reliability, or convenience. You can choose from:
- Home Delivery via our delivery team or a trained courier service.
- In-store pickup at our shop.
How It Works
- Place your order and select a delivery method.
- Receive an order confirmation.
- Await your delivery.
- If you opted for pickup, collect your order at our checkout area.
Delivery Services
Express Delivery (1-2 hours)
- Locations: Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah.
- Fee: AED 30.
- Free Delivery: Available on orders over AED 449.
Standard Delivery (2-4 hours)
- Locations: Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah.
- Fee: AED 30.
- Free Delivery: Available on orders over AED 449.
Extended Delivery (Within 12 hours)
- Locations: Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, and across the UAE.
- Fee: AED 30 for orders below AED 449; free for orders above AED 449.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 3 PM qualify for same-day delivery; otherwise, delivery will be scheduled for the next morning.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it.

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be returned within 7 days of buying.
- Be in its original packaging and unused.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Perishable or expired goods.
- Items unsealed due to hygiene reasons.
- Goods that have been mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returning Goods
- Return Address: Terea Dubai / Terea UAE, Dubai Dragon Mart 01.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use an insured and trackable shipping service.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
- Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.
Gift Returns
- If an item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.
